When and where is the Mom Conference?

The Mom Conference is an ONLINE event October 1-5th. You can watch from any computer or mobile device that supports video or audio. Each day of the conference, you'll receive an email with a link to that day's keynote speakers. At 10 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, the keynote speaker for that day will be available and you can watch them anytime during that 48-hour period.

What time does the Mom Conference start each day?

Each day of the Mom Conference, 2 new keynote presentations will be available at 10 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time until the next day at 9:59 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time). You can watch any time during that 48-hour period.

Each day's keynote speaker interviews are ONLY available for a 48-hour period.  After that, they will be available as part of a special conference recording package for purchase, which will allow you to watch them again or at your own pace.

How long is each presentation?

We have shortened the presentations thanks to your great feedback! Most presentations last about 30-40 minutes. The shortest is about 40 minutes and the longest is about 40 minutes.

How do I view the presentations?

The conference begins on October 1st, 2018, at 10 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time. You will receive an emailed invitation on that day, and each day thereafter, with a link to that day's presentations.

Each day, new presentations will be available at 10 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time until the next day at 9:59 A.M. U.S. Eastern Time).

Each day's interviews are ONLY available for a 48-hour period. After that, they will be available as part of a special conference recording package for purchase, which will allow you to watch them again or at your own pace.

THE PREVIOUS DAY’S PRESENTATIONS CANNOT BE UNLOCKED ONCE THAT DAY’S VIEWING PERIOD ENDS.

Help! I did not get today's email with the link for today's presentations.

First off, check your SPAM or junk folder. If you are on Gmail, check the promotions tab as well.

If you can't find your email, you can register again. Use the same email address and you will be taken to a page with the link on it. Once there, bookmark that page so you have it for tomorrow.

I registered but don't remember where my registration bonus gifts are.

Can I download the presentations?

The video is skipping or not playing at all, what can I do?

Here are some ideas to help with the videos if you prefer to watch them:

There are many reasons for this issue. The main cause is your internet connection speed. We recommend a connection speed of no less than 10 Mbs. Most cable and DSL providers offer this as their bare minimum. Satellite internet, though considered high speed, generally will skip and pause because of the time it takes for the data to travel to space and back to your computer.

Another main cause is the speed of your computer. Most computers that are less than 3 years old and high-speed internet should stream the presentations just fine. In some instances, a virus or malware will slow the computer down that it will cause playback issues.

The last main cause is the browser you are trying to view the site with. We recommend the latest version of Firefox, Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer will work but it needs to be version 9 or higher. Version 8 has known issues with streaming video.

I am getting strange error messages or the videos just won't play.

This is usually a browser related problem. First off, make sure you are using a browser we support. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 9 or higher are fine. Anything else can have unpredictable issues.

Next, clear your browser cache. If you don't know how to do that, Google it. There are plenty of resources that will help you with that.

Next, go back to the video you were trying to watch. Is it giving you an error message? If it's still not playing and or giving you an error message, please email us so we can help. http://conferenceformoms.com/contact-us. Please make sure to give as much information as possible so we can narrow down the issue.

You should get an email with instructions on how to access your materials within 10 minutes of your purchase. If you do not see this email, please check your SPAM or promotions folder. 99% of the time you will find it there.
