All arbitrations will be undertaken pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Both parties agree to pay their own attorney fees and costs, regardless of outcome, and the parties knowingly and voluntarily waive their rights to have their dispute tried and adjudicated by a judge or jury. The arbitration will take place in Orem.
Duty To Read
I accept that under this agreement, I have a duty to read this sales agreement and disclosure policy, and have done so. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.
